This policy explains how fee refunds are handled at Gurukul Academy Harpalpur, including fees paid online through UPI.
The one-time registration and admission fee is non-refundable once admission has been confirmed, as it covers processing and administrative costs.
Charges for transport, uniform, books, stationery, examination and other materials are not refundable once the service has been availed or the items have been issued.
If an amount is debited from your account but not received by the School, or if you have paid twice by mistake, please inform the School office within 7 days of the transaction with the UPI transaction reference number and a screenshot. Verified duplicate or failed transactions are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Submit a written application at the School office, signed by the parent or guardian, along with the original fee receipt or the UPI transaction reference. Requests can also be initiated by phone or email and completed in person.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days and returned to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds in circumstances not covered above - such as transfer of the parent's employment, medical grounds or relocation - are considered on a case-by-case basis by the School management, whose decision shall be final.
